Retainer & Payment Policy

To reserve your decorating date, a retainer equal to a minimum of 3 hours ($225) is required at time of booking. This retainer will be applied toward your total decorating hours. Additional time beyond this retainer will be billed at $75/hour. Whether we are working with your existing decor, sourcing new items to refresh your current decor, sourcing new items to refresh your collection, or creating a completely new look, our hours include all time spent shopping for new decorations and accessories, as well as time required to design and decorate your tree(s). This ensures a seamless experience from start to finish.

Due to the limited number of appointments available during the holiday season, retainers are non-refundable and dates are considered final once booked. We understand that circumstances can arise and we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule if our calendar allows, but are not obligated to do so. Shopping and decorating time will be tracked and included in final total. Payment for any remaining balance is due upon completion of holiday services.
